Terms of Service

  1. The event is subject to license.
  2. Tickets can be purchased on our site or on our legitimate partners’. After purchase, ticket confirmation will be sent out. Confirmation must be brought to the event to claim tickets and exchanged for foods and drinks vouchers.
  3. Once purchased, tickets for the event cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled. Please check tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  4. In case of venue change, no claim of refund is possible.
  5. Cancellation is free up to 3 days after booking. After 3 days and during the last 3 days up to the event, cancellation and refund are no longer available.
  6. Tickets are only refunded in case of cancellation of the event, subject to force majeure.
  7. In case of event cancellation, we will only refund the face value of the ticket. We will use the best endeavors to contact purchasers either by phone or email (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them of the cancellation. Please note, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
  8. VAT of 20% is included in the prices of the tickets as well as of the foods and drinks served at the event.
  9. Card payment is available at the event. We accept all major cards, except AMEX.
  10. Payment by credit or debit cards that require an external fee will not be of our liability.
  11. We cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
  12. We reserve the right to cancel ticket bookings that it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
  13. All of the monetary-related requests or refunds have to be submitted within 1 month since the event date attended.
  14. Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the event due to circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  15. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder if, in our reasonable opinion, admission of the ticket holder might be a risk to the safety of the customers and staff of the event, and/or affect the enjoyment of the customers and/or the performance of the event by way of being a nuisance, annoyance, or otherwise. Entry will also be refused to anyone with alcoholic drinks in the hands when he/she arrives at the venue.
  16. No person under the age of 18 years old will be admitted into the event. We reserve the right to verify the customer’s age by asking for suitable identification such as a driving license, passport or Proof of Age Scheme carrying the PASS logo.
  17. People under 18 years old are only allowed in on Sundays, for the Sunday lunch.
  18. Animals are not allowed inside the tent.
  19. There are restricted capacities within the tent. Once they reach their maximum capacities, there will be no further admissions. Thus, customers are advised to book tickets in order to ensure entry.
  20. We promote sensible and responsible drinking and it is the responsibility of the event participants to take responsibility for their own actions.
  21. Alcohol will not be served to people under 18 years of age, and proof of age may be requested.
  22. We have the right to limit or stop the quantities of alcohol consumed by individuals for the safety of individuals and other customers.
  23. The event participants must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and regulations whilst attending the event. Breach of any of these shall enable us to eject the event participants from the event site.
  24. Our security staff has the responsibility to maintain order at the event; thus, they reserve the rights to eject any event participants from the site if the participants are reasoned to be a nuisance, annoyance and a risk to the safety of other customers and staff, and/or affect the enjoyment and/or the performance of the event.
  25. Drinks and food will be available at the event for sale so the event participants will not be allowed to bring their own food and drinks. Tap water is available on request.
  26. Smoking or the taking of drugs (legal or non-legal) is not permitted at the event site. Smoking is only allowed in specified smoking area.
  27. The seats have to be taken within the first two (2) hours (normal seats) and four (4) hours (VIP seats) after opening hour. After this time passes, we can’t guarantee the access to the event or the right for the reserved area due to circumstances like high demand.
  28. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing.
  29. No glasses (except for souvenir glasses) are to be taken onto the dance floor, toilets or outside of the tent. Souvenir glasses are available for purchase at our gift shop.
  30. Any tokens or vouchers paid for by the customers cannot be refunded unless specifically specified.
  31. Dancing or standing on the bench is allowed but it is of customers’ own risk. It is forbidden to stand or walk or dance on the table.
  32. We reserve the right to refuse access to the venue if the customer’s dress is seen as unsuitable or may cause offense to others attending the event.
  33. We reserve the right to check all customers’ bags for security reasons. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal property, clothing or valuables that are lost or damaged at the event. Any lost property that is found will be retained for 48 hours before being handed to the police.
  34. Wardrobe is available but we charge a fee of kr. 30 per item. We cannot take any responsibility for any lost inside the wardrobe so the customers are advised not to bring any valuables to the event. Leaving it at own risk.
  35. We accept no responsibility for personal injury, accidents or damage to personal belongings while taking part in any activity either on the event site or car park.
  36. Event participants consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded as member of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote future events that we may promote and its activities in print, in the media and on websites.
  37. We will not take any liability of third parties who wish to advertise the event through their own means.
  38. The data and information presented on the pages on this website may not, under any circumstances, be resold or redistributed for compensation of any kind without prior permission from us. However, information provided on this website is entitled for personal private used.
  39. Information available on this website may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. It is, therefore, essential to verify all such information before taking any action in reliance upon it. It is a condition of us allowing users free access to the material on this website that they accept that we will not be liable for any action taken in reliance on the information held on the website.
  40. To the fullest extent permissible in law, we shall be entitled to assign any of our rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
  41. None of the terms of this Agreement may be relied upon or enforced under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party that is not a party to this Agreement.
  42. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid and unenforceable by a court, the invalid and unenforceable provision shall be served or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision/s and remainder of the Agreement valid or enforceable.
  43. We reserve the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification.
  44. In case of terrorism threat or police order to cancel the event due to imminent threat, we hold no responsibility for refunding the tickets or any other expenses related.
